This exciting work for symphonic band was commissioned by Greenville University, (IL) Concert Band, to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of the Institution’s founding. Four musical movements ranging in complexity and style illustrate the significant landmarks of the college campus, as several traditional hymns are incorporated into thematic material. Their importance in the historic and religious development of this long-standing institution is portrayed throughout the music.
